Sofelia

Sofelia dances with fluidity, percission and grace while performing traditional Raks Sharki,  Raks Assaya (cane) or Egytpian Shamaden (candelabrum)or Raks el-Sayf (sword).  She learned to dance from Zbeide and has been a very outstanding menber of Zbeide's Harem. She is a thrid generation professional teaching Raks Shari or Orietnal Dance.  Some of her famous dancing family members include Helena Zahara, Jetalia, Noura, and Zbeide. Sofelia is a dazzeling Night Club performer, her outstanding show make weddings unforgettable!  Sofelia teaches belly dance, yoga, pilates, ballet sculpting, salsa and Turbo Kick at the YMCA of the North Shore in Haverill, Massachusettes.
